All our parcels are sent via a tracked delivery service, so you’ll always have visibility on where your order is – and we’ll be keeping an eye on it too.

However, deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands may take an extra working day. That’s just down to the courier networks and distance – it’s not us slowing things down. No matter where you are, we’ll always dispatch your order promptly and keep you updated with tracking every step of the way.

Before we set off, we’ll usually give you a quick call to chat through what your printer’s doing (or not doing!) so we can better understand the fault and bring any parts or tools we might need.
And rest assured – we’ll always be transparent about any call-out fees or potential repair costs before we visit.
Whether it’s a flashing error code or that strange grinding noise it only makes when no one else is in the room – we’ve heard it all, and we’re ready to help.
