New Website Incoming!
Exciting News! A Brand-new GB Cartridges Website is Launching Soon - Faster, Slicker, and Easier to Use than Ever. Watch this Space.
A New Website Is Coming… and It’s Better Than Ever
We’ve been busy behind the scenes – and we’re nearly ready to launch a brand-new GB Cartridges website.
It’s quicker, slicker, and more streamlined than ever before… and yes, somehow even easier to use (we know, we’re impressed too).
Why the revamp? Simple: to give you a better experience, clearer access to our services, faster ordering, and a site that just works – whether you’re on your laptop at work or panic-ordering ink on your phone at 7am. We’re keeping everything you already love (friendly service, smart advice, great products) and giving it all a more polished home.
Watch this space – the new site is on the way, and we can’t wait to show you around. In the meantime, we’re still here for advice, support, and the occasional printer meltdown.
Give us a shout on 01903 920750 if you need anything.

Update Notice: NEW STOCK IN - HP Firmware Issue Resolved
21/12/24
Important Notice: HP Firmware Update Affecting Compatible Cartridges:
We want to inform our customers about the latest HP firmware updates, which are causing significant disruption to the use of compatible and third-party 305 cartridges.
As of September 2024, HP has embedded dynamic security features into its firmware (version 2424DR/2424BR) that block non-HP cartridges from functioning in affected printers.
Unfortunately, this means that many remanufactured and third-party cartridges, including those we supply, may not be recognised by your printer.
Please be aware that this situation is completely beyond our control, and it is a result of HP’s efforts to maintain a monopoly on its consumables market, as noted by industry experts. We are doing everything we can to stay updated and work around this issue, but it may continue to impact users of non-HP cartridges.
For more detailed information, see the excerpt from Recycler Magazine (09/24).
We appreciate your understanding and continued support. If you have any questions or need assistance with your printer or cartridges, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
The HP printer affected so far are as follows:
HP Deskjet 2710, 2720, 2721, 2722, 2723, 2724, 2725, 2726, 2727, 2729, 2732, 2733, 2734, 2735, 2736, 2737, 2742, 2755, 2765, 2772, 2774
