Our Guarantee to You

We stand by the quality of our products and services. This means:

  • Compatible cartridges are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee – if they’re not working as they should, we’ll replace or refund them.
  • Original OEM products are covered under the manufacturer’s standard guarantee.
  • Printer services (repairs, installations, servicing) are carried out with care by experienced technicians, and we’re always happy to follow up if something needs adjusting.

If there’s a problem, just let us know within 14 days of receiving your item or service – we’ll take it from there!


Returns Made Simple

Need to return something? Here’s how it works:

  1. Get in Touch: Call us on 01903 920750 or email gbcartridges@mail.com with your order/invoice number and the issue.
  2. We’ll Respond Quickly: We aim to sort returns or exchanges the same day – because no one wants to wait for ink or answers.
  3. Send it Back (if needed): We’ll provide return instructions. Items should be unused and in a re-salable condition unless faulty.

We never make you jump through hoops – and we never treat you like a number.
